Namu the Forest Guardian

This has been a very busy month for me since this is my last month of college. But that also means I've been very productive, whipping out one project after another. So I decided to share one of my projects that I just finished for my thesis.

This is Namu. He is one of the main characters in the story I've been working on for my thesis.

He's a marionette puppet that I've built entirely from scratch.

He has a hinged jaw so you're able to open and close it by using a wire that is attached to the rod that comes out of the back of his head. His feet are also hinged so they can rotate to fit whatever he is standing on.

He also features LED eyes that are able to be turned off and on using the same rod.

He's very easy to use and fun to play with. :> His ears, the curly vine on his head, and his tail are completely poseable, so he can convey a variety of emotions. His back is also completely flexible so he can bend in many ways, depending on how he needs to be posed.
